By booking an accommodation package through the Elamusmajutus.eu portal, you confirm that you have read the terms of use and agree to them.
Concepts
Administrator – Elamusmajutus.eu administrator is Majutuselamus OÜ, reg no: 17188410, address: Aiavilja 9-23, Paide, 72712, Järvamaa, Estonia.
Kasutaja või klient – Isik, kes kasutab Elamusmajutus.eu portaali oma isiklikel eesmärkidel, et broneerida majutuspakett, soetada kinkekaart või tutvuda portaaliga liitunud majutusasutustega ja nende võimalustega.
Accommodation – An accommodation service provider that has joined the Elamusmajutus.eu portal to sell and advertise its accommodation service. In some cases, the term “partner company” is also used here.
Services – all services offered to partner companies and Users through the Majutuselamus.eu Portal, through which partner companies can add content about their accommodation and advertise and sell it to the Portal Users, using the mediation service and advertising opportunities of the Elamusmajutus.eu Portal.
Database – A collection of Content organized under the conditions set by the Administrator about accommodations affiliated with the portal, which is accessible through the portal and software.
Public data – Content added by the accommodation to the portal database about its tourism products and services (information, prices, booking calendar, contacts, images).
Terms of Use – General terms and conditions for using the portal established by the Administrator and available on the website page.
Agreement – An agreement between the Administrator and the partner company for the use of the services of the Elamusmajutus.eu portal in accordance with the price list and service description.
General
The Elamusmajutus.eu portal is an online booking system that provides information and accommodation packages from Accommodations that have joined the Service to the Portal Users.
About the Service
The Accommodation manages its information and availability on the Elamusmajutus.eu site itself and undertakes to publish only such information that is not misleading, inaccurate or false and the public presentation of which is not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Although the portal administrator does everything possible to ensure that the information about the Accommodation, accommodation package and additional services is correct and up-to-date, the portal administrator is not responsible for the final information entered by the Accommodation. If it turns out that the information transmitted by the Accommodation and published via Elamusmajutus.eu violates the terms of this clause, the Accommodation undertakes to immediately remove or correct the said information from the Elamusmajutus.eu site.
Service provider liability
Accommodations that use the Elamusmajutus.eu portal to offer their accommodation and/or additional services to the portal Users are Elamusmajutus.eu partner companies that are independent in their activities. Although the Elamusmajutus.eu administrator does its best to ensure that only Accommodations that provide good quality accommodation services and operate correctly are represented on the site, the Elamusmajutus.eu administrator is not responsible for the actions, inactions, promises, guarantees, violations or negligence of its cooperation partners or for any injury, death, property damage or other damage or expense resulting therefrom. The Elamusmajutus.eu portal administrator is not responsible or pays compensation for any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other reason that is not under the control of the Elamusmajutus.eu portal administrator.
Payment terms
When making a reservation through the Elamusmajutus.eu portal, be sure to make sure that the payment the beneficiary would be Majutuselamus OÜ. If an unexpected change occurs when making a payment in the name of the recipient, we ask you to immediately cease your activities and immediately inform the Portal Administrator of the incident.
The payment options accepted by the Elamusmajutus.eu portal are:
Through a bank link (Montonio) – After making a reservation, click on the desired bank link, which will direct you to the selected online bank. After making a payment order, be sure to click the “RETURN TO MERCHANT” button – this will let us know that you have made the payment. The transaction is carried out through Montonio and the recipient is Majutuselamus OÜ, we ask you to definitely monitor this information and immediately stop your activities if there is an unexpected change in the name of the transaction intermediary or recipient of the payment. We ask you to inform the portal Administrator immediately about the incident.
The communication between the bank and the buyer is protected by the SSL security protocol, which ensures that the exchanged information is not leaked to third parties. The information moving between the bank and the Elamusmajutus.eu environment is equipped with digital signatures. Your bank account information is not disclosed to the Portal Administrator, only whether the payment was made or not.
Payment by bank card or credit card – By paying for your reservation by bank card or credit card, you give the portal the right to reserve or debit the total amount of the reservation from your card at any time to guarantee the confirmation or cancellation of the reservation. If the reservation amount is not debited from your bank card within 24 hours after making the reservation, the reservation is not confirmed. We accept the following bank cards: Visa, Maestro and Master Card.
“Pay later” or “Postpay” are financing services offered by Majutuselamus.eu’s cooperation partner (Inbank), which allow the Client to use external financing options to make their purchase and spread their costs. Elamusmajutus.eu is not responsible for the service of the financial service provider in this regard, but is only an intermediary. Payment on site – When booking an accommodation package through the Elamusmajutus.eu portal booking system, advance payment is required to confirm the booking using one of the above payment options that suits you best. When booking an accommodation package through the Elamusmajutus.eu portal contact form, settlement will be made directly with the Accommodation in accordance with the Accommodation’s rules, either in the form of prepayment or on site by card payment or in cash.
Paying with a gift card – to pay with a gift card, select “gift card” as the payment method when booking. Enter the code on the gift card and confirm the booking. If the purchase amount is greater than the value of the gift card, you can pay the difference between the purchase amount and the gift card price via e-banking. The gift card can also be used partially. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, you can use the unrealized balance to pay for a new booking during the validity period of the gift card.
Changing and canceling a reservation
Booking changes and cancellations are made in accordance with the accommodation’s rules, which are listed separately on each host’s page. Depending on the reasons for the change or cancellation, the host will generally always try to accommodate the client, but sometimes this may not be possible. In the case of experience accommodations, it should be noted that there is often only 1 accommodation building, which is most likely already booked at the next times requested by the client, and the unexpected cancellation of the reservation (i.e. less than 48 hours before arrival) will have an extremely unprofitable effect on the accommodation company. Therefore, we ask for the client’s understanding here. According to the accommodation’s rules, requests for changes or cancellations can be submitted 24-48 hours before the start date of the reservation by informing the accommodation directly.
Submitting a claim and leaving feedback for the accommodation
If you made a reservation through the Elamusmajutus.eu portal user account (i.e. you were logged in with your personal account), you have the opportunity to provide feedback to the company after visiting the Accommodation. To do this, select “Operating trips” under “My reservations” and then click on the visit for which you would like to leave feedback. Both the Accommodation and Elamusmajutus.eu appreciate positive feedback!
If your experience was not satisfactory or something happened during your stay that spoiled your experience with the accommodation, we recommend that you first resolve the issue directly with the accommodation. Even better, if you can do it on the spot immediately after the incident. It is possible that the Accommodation will be able to offer you compensation or compensate you for the incident in another way. The administrator of Elamusmajutus.eu does not deal with accidents, cancellations, unexpected changes to agreements or other incidents caused by either the Client or the Accommodation, nor does it compensate either party if the incident did not occur due to the activity or inaction or non-operation of the portal.
If the negative incident was caused by a problem related to the portal (e.g. the payment did not go through despite confirmation by the Accommodation, which is why the reservation was not confirmed, or some other technical problem), please contact the portal administrator at info@elamusmajutus.eu.
